Dayton Metro Basketball Conference - Winter League is a Select basketball league serving over 35 communities and over 235 teams from 3rd to 6th grades for both boys and girls.

HEAD COACHES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR CONDUCT AND THE CONDUCT OF THEIR PLAYERS, ASSISTANT COACHES, AND THEIR TEAM'S PARENTS AND FANS.

If a coach is assessed two technical fouls in a game, he is not only ejected from the game in progress, but the league will automatically suspend the coach for his next game. A repeat occurrence by the same coach will carry the same penalty and may carry an additional penalty levied by the league officers.

Technical fouls against coaches, players, and fans must be reported to the appropriate Commissioner bv the opposing team's head coach. Technical fouls must be reported!
